jaką metodę wybielania najlepiej wybrać?
Czy ktoś z was wybielał zęby i później miał dodatkowe problemy ze stanem zębów i dziąseł?

Zależy jakie wybielanie. Jeśli takie które usuwa szkliwo lub w nie ingeruje, to może być to zabieg inwazyjny.

A są takie które nie wpłyna źle na zęby? Chyba każde wybielanie to swojego rodzaju inwazja.
